【摘要】 企业提升自主创新能力的重要途径是以企业为主导开展产学研合作,因此如何协调企业内部各要素来达到提升创新能力的目的具有重要意义。本文以科大讯飞公司为案例,运用扎根理论展开研究,认为企业进行战略转型,首先要构建多层次的研发体系,通过调整组织架构,打造产学研各主体间的信息交流平台,通过营造组织创新、合作的文化氛围,加强人才队伍建设等有效措施,达到企业产学研合作协同创新的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important to research how an enterprise coordinates various inside innovative elements to achieve innovation capability under the enterprise dominant "industry-university-research institute"cooperation.Taking iFLYTEK company as an example and based on grounded theory,this study reveals that companies should first carry on strategic transformation,followed by the construction of a multi-level development system,adjusting the organization structure,and building an information exchange platform between different subjects.Through the organization innovation,cooperation,cultural atmosphere,and the effective measures such as strenthening the construction of a talent team,an enterprise achieve the collaborative innovation goal of"industry-university-research institute"cooperation.更多还原
