【摘要】 高校校园安全信息公开是美国高校信息公开制度的重要部分。基于校园安全信息公开的特殊治理价值,美国以联邦专项立法、州法及其他法源构建了完备的公开法律制度。相比之下,我国高校校园安全信息公开制度仍处"待建"阶段,不健全的法律规定难以为公开实践提供有效指导,构建系统、完善的法律制度迫在眉睫。深入研究美国经验,可以为我国公开制度建构和实践提供些许有益思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 University campus safety information disclosure is an important part of university information publicity system. On account of its special governance value, U.S. established an advanced open legal system through federal special legislation, state law and other sources of law. By comparison, the university campus safety information disclosure system of China is still at the stage of "waiting for construction", sporadic legal provisions cannot provide effective guidance for publicity, so it is imminent to establish a systematic and advanced open legal system. While the in-depth study of American experience may provide some beneficial thoughts for the construction and practice of China’s open system.更多还原
