江苏高水平高职院校技术技能积累的实践探索

【摘要】 强化技术技能积累作用,有助于扩展职业院校的技术传承功能,逐步改变传统技能和技艺失传的状况,使高素质劳动者的优秀基因在人才培养的过程中得以传承延续。[1]教育部颁布的《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015-2018年)》对高职院校加强技术技能积累提供了强有力的政策支持,明确提出将高职院校打造成技术技能积累的重要资源集聚地。以常州机电职业技术学院等3所江苏高水平高职院校为研究对象,探索了江苏高水平高职院校技术技能积累的实践思路与形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening the accumulation of technical skills will help expand the technical inheritance function of vocational colleges, gradually change the status of traditional skills and lost skills, so that the excellent genes of high-quality workers can be passed on in the process of talent cultivation. The Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education(2015-2018) promulgated by the Ministry of Education has provided strong policy support for the strengthening of technical skills accumulation in higher vocational colleges, and clearly puts forward the important resources gathering place for higher vocational colleges to become technical skills accumulation. Three high-level vocational colleges in Jiangsu, including Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology are taken as research objects.更多还原
