【Abstract】 As a subject with strong practicality, legal theory and practice teaching are inseparable. The expert collaborative teaching method can realize the organic connection between law education and legal profession through the multiple complementarity of teacher resources. United States, Japan, Netherland and China all have their own characteristics on the operation mode of the expert collaborative teaching method. We should learn from the mature experience of various universities and make breakthroughs in the expert selection, the teaching content selection and the teaching method design. We must innovate education model of jurisprudence in order to cultivate high-quality legal talents.更多还原
