【摘要】 文章明确日本高等教育评估体系形成与变迁的轨迹,从评估主体、评估指标、评估方式三个层面,分析多元化评估体系的构成和价值。通过从流程和指标两个维度对以大学评价与学位授与机构为主体的第三方评估运行机制进行重点剖析,最终归纳总结出日本高等教育多元化评估体系的鲜明特点,以期对健全和完善我国高等教育评估体系,实现高等教育内涵式发展有所启迪和帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper clarifies the trajectory of the formation and evolution of Japan’s higher education evaluation system, and analyzes the composition and value of the diversified evaluation system from three aspects, namely evaluation subject, evaluation index and evaluation method. Through mainly examining the third-party operation mechanism of evaluation focusing on University Evaluation and Degree-granting Institution from both dimensions of process and index, the paper summarizes the distinctive characteristics of the diversified evaluation system of Japan’s higher education, hoping to inspire and help the improvement and perfection of China’s higher education evaluation mechanism and eventually realize the connotative development of the higher education.更多还原
