【Abstract】 The opening of a professional laboratory is an important method of cultivating students’ practical skills and innovative abilities in applied undergraduate colleges. This paper focuses on the study and analysis of a series of motivate mechanism and measures, such as team building for professional laboratory teachers, the construction of equipment and facilities and how to arouse the enthusiasm of students.
