基于分层分类人才培养的教学管理模式的思考

【摘要】 以学生为中心的人才培养过是一个复杂的过程,其教学管理过程涉及多方面的因素,难度及工作量可想而知。文章结合作者多年的教学管理工作经验,探讨了以学生个性发展为主的实验班、以提升学生综合创新能力为主的毕业设计改革以及以学生管理学生的社团式学科竞赛等形式的人才培养教学管理模式的思考,并给出了实际案例和经验分享。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a complicated process to develop the talent cultivation with students as the center. The teaching management process involves many factors, and the difficulty and the workload can be imagined. Combined with the teaching management work experience of the author for many years, the paper discusses mainly the experimental classes stressing the student individuality development, the reform of graduation project to enhance the students’ comprehensive capability comprehensive and innovative ability,thoughts about the model of talent training and teaching management, in which the students manage the students and the discipline competition is held in student activities and presents a practical cases and experience sharing.更多还原
