【摘要】 目的了解上海口岸出入境旅行者中丙型肝炎的流行趋势及人群分布特征。方法回顾性分析2014—2017年上海口岸出入境旅行者中丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)的检测结果,对抗-HCV阳性者进行流行病学调查,分析流行趋势及人群分布特征。结果共调查出入境旅行者344 283人次,检出抗-HCV阳性256人,阳性率为74.4/10万。抗-HCV阳性者中以男性20~49岁人群为主,20~29岁所占比例逐年下降,19岁以下青少年和40~49岁以上中年男性所占比例有所增加。抗-HCV阳性者中劳务人员为主,占52.7%,入境人员占74.6%,以亚洲范围内旅行者为主。共进行256份有效流行病学调查,显示绝大多数(66.4%)无相关疾病史。结论应重视抗-HCV检测,需加强筛查20~49岁的男性入境旅行者,加强宣传教育等干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the prevalence and distribution characteristics of hepatitis C among international travelers at Shanghai port.Methods A retrospective review of hepatitis C virus antibody(anti-HCV) surveillance among international travelers from 2014 to 2017 was conducted.Epidemiological investigation was carried out on anti-HCV positive persons,and epidemic trend and population distribution characteristics were analyzed.Results A total of 344 283 international travellers were investigated,and 256 persons were tested anti-HCV positive,the average positive rate was 74.4/100 thousand.Males in 20-49 years old had the highest rate of anti-HCV positive.The positive rate of 20-29 years old decreased,but those under 19 years old and 40-49 years old increased from 2014 to 2017.52.7% of the positive were workers,74.6% of which were entry travelers,especially came from Asian countries.A total of 256 effective epidemiological investigations were conducted,and the majority(66.4%) had no history of HCV related diseases.Conclusion It is should pay attention to strengthen anti-HCV test,the screening on male entry travelers in 20-49,and strength publicity and education interventions.更多还原
