东盟基础设施现状对中国-东盟双边贸易影响的研究

【摘要】 基础设施互联互通是中国-东盟合作的优先领域,也是制约中国-东盟合作的瓶颈。目前中国-东盟在基础设施互联互通领域还存在诸多问题,在"一带一路"背景下,优化东盟各国基础设施,创新基础设施合作机制对打造中国-东盟自贸区升级版发展意义重大。文章通过构建交通、能源以及电力基础设施评价指标,并基于2001~2015年中国和东盟国家的面板数据构建随机效应模型研究东盟基础设施限制对中国与东盟双边贸易额的影响。回归结果表明能源、交通以及通讯基础设施解释变量均对双边贸易额产生正的影响。其中交通基础设施对双边贸易额的影响最大,能源基础设施变量对双边贸易额的影响最小。

【Abstract】 As the priority area for China-ASEAN cooperation, infrastructure interconnection is also a bottleneck restricting the cooperation. At present, there are still many problems existing in the field of China-ASEAN infrastructure interconnection. Therefore, under the building of the Belt and Road, it is of great significance for the development of CAFTA to optimize the infrastructure of ASEAN countries and innovate the infrastructure cooperation mechanism. By establishing an evaluation index system of transportation, energy and power infrastructure, this paper constructs a random effects model to study the impact of ASEAN infrastructure limitations on China-ASEAN bilateral trade based on the panel data of China and ASEAN countries during 2001-2015. The regression results indicate that energy,transportation and communication infrastructure all have a positive impact on bilateral trade. Transportation infrastructure exerts the greatest influence while energy infrastructure exerts the smallest one.
