【Abstract】 The Japanese established An outline of the Policy of Animal Production in West ern Inner Mongolia after they had occupied the area of Western Inner Mongolia because of its rich animal production resources and the so-called importance for Japan, the puppet Manchukuo, north China and the economic circle of Western Inner Mongolia. Their purpose was to use western Inner Mongolia animal resources to further satisfy Japan’ s wartime economic needs. The outline was a programmatic document on animal husbandry policy of the puppet regime of Western Inner Mongolia so as to proliferate and improve the production of sheep and horses,control the purchasing of livestock products and strengthen the animal epidemic prevention agencies.更多还原
