基于超声熔盐复合清洗的多物理场仿真研究及其关键参数优化

【摘要】 根据前期调研并结合再制造清洗对象特点,建立了适用于再制造毛坯件超声熔盐复合清洗的三维仿真模型,并根据清洗位置范围以及全面客观地反映清洗槽内声场分布,合理选取了声场评价面。运用Comsol Multiphysics软件对300℃温度场中不同超声振子排布及频率参数条件下的声场分布进行了仿真研究,根据得到的仿真结果选择最优复合清洗参数。最后,通过铝箔腐蚀法验证了仿真结果的准确性,对于促进再制造产业发展,提升行业再制造水平具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 According to the previous research and the characteristics of remanufacturing cleaning object,the 3D simulation model of ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning is set up which is suitable for remanufacturing blank pieces,what’s more,considering the location of the cleaning object and to comprehensively show the distribution of sound field in the cleaning tank,selecting the evaluation area of sound field reasonably. By using the Comsol Multiphysics simulation software,studying the distribution of the sound field under the condition of different ultrasonic oscillator configuration parameters and frequency in the 300℃ field. Based on the simulation results choosing the optimal compound cleaning parameters. At last,the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by the aluminum foil corrosion method,which will promote the development of remanufacturing industry and improve the remanufacturing level.
