模拟车铣回转型工件内表面的建模
Modeling and Simulation of Turning and Milling Back to Inner Surface of Workpiece
【摘要】 运用数学建模知识构建机床、工件和铣刀的二维平面关系,推理出铣刀轴向进给量与工件旋转角度的关系,用普通非车铣数控机床模拟出车铣加工大型回转型工件内表面的切削。采用普通机床模拟车铣加工大型回转型工件时,能在较低的实验成本下和较短的时间内得到加工大型回转型工件的最优切削参数。
【Abstract】 The emphasis of this paper is to use mathematical modeling knowledge,two-dimensional relationship construction machine tool,workpiece and milling cutter to get the infer relationships of axial feed and the workpiece rotation angle. By using the ordinary milling CNC machine,the surface cutting is simulatied based on large rotary workpiece milling.With ordinary milling machine simulation of large rotary type workpiece and the lower experimental cost,the optimal cutting parameters have been get for machining large rotary workpiece in a short period of time.
