等高齿弧齿锥齿轮切削模拟仿真
Simulation of Machining Based on Equal-Height Spiral Bevel Gear
【摘要】 依据等高齿弧齿锥齿轮啮合原理与加工方法获得切削轨迹方程,建立刀盘、刀条及齿坯的三维模型,通过Advant Edge软件进行等高齿弧齿锥齿轮的切削模拟仿真,得到不同切削参数下的切削力和切削温度,获取较合理的切削参数。根据切削模拟仿真进行了切削试验,对齿轮精度进行了检测。
【Abstract】 Based on the meshing principle of spiral bevel gear with high tooth bevel gear,the cutting path equation is obtained,and 3 D models of blade cutter,blade and gear blank are established. The cutting force and cutting temperature under different cutting tool parameters are obtained. According to the cutting simulation of spiral bevel gear by Advant Edge software,more reasonable cutting parameters are obtained too. The cutting experiments are carried out and the accuracy of the gears is measured.
