基于快速设计的注塑模数控加工工时估算

【摘要】 针对注塑模数控加工的工时计算不准确现状,提出了基于快速设计的工时计算方法,研究了工时计算所需的特征参数。完成了基于规则的数控加工特征的识别,提取了特征参数,实现了工时计算。通过实例验证,工时计算准确和高效。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the status quo of injection mold,NC machining working hours calculation is not accurate,working hours calculation model is established,studied the man-hour calculating characteristic parameters as needed. Based on the result of the rapid design,completed the NC machining feature recognition,extract the feature parameters,realized the working hours calculation. Through the example,man-hour calculating is proved to be accurate and efficient.
