川南地区页岩气开发对比研究及降本增效途径

【摘要】 结合美国海相页岩气资源情况进行类比研究,预测中国石油川南地区页岩气可建年产能250亿~300亿立方米,且可稳产20~30年。总结美国页岩气开发成功经验:1)利用井间距试验确定井间干扰;2)高密度井网已成为新常态;3)通过一次布井到位降低建井成本和时间。对川南地区页岩气开发提出三个降本增效途径:1)充分利用井场,每平台布井12口,井间距降低至150米;2)有效缩短建井周期,建井周期降为40~50天;3)通过优化单井工程成本结构和强化压裂参数,钻井、完井成本比例调整为4:6。

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the actual shale gas resources in south Sichuan, combining with the analysis of the US marine shale gas resources, it is predicted that CNPC’s shale gas can be built with an annual capacity of 250-300 billion cubic meters, and it can stabilize production for 20-30 years. Summarizing the development of shale gas in the United States, three successful development experiences are as follows:(1) using well spacing tests to determine inter-well interference;(2) high-density well pattern has become the new normal;(3) spacing wells once to reduce the cost and cycle of well construction. The following three cost-reduction and efficiency-improving directions are proposed:(1) 12 wells should be spaced per well site and the well spacing should be reduced to 150 meters by making full use of the well sites;(2) the construction cycle should be reduced to 40-50 days recently by shortening construction cycle eff ectively;(3) the ratio between the drilling and completion cost should be adjusted to 4:6 through optimizing well cost structures and enhancing fracturing parameters.
