大跨度屋架的拼装滑移施工设计及内力分析

【摘要】 大跨度屋盖的安装施工存在吊装难度和施工风险等问题,尤其当拼装场地受限时,结构安装往往成为工程施工的一个技术难题。结合某工程冰场大跨度钢屋盖施工方案设计,对施工过程中的胎架设计、屋架现场拼接、滑移轨道设计、分榀屋架滑移施工和同步落架5个方面进行分析,并对屋架滑移过程的内力进行了有限元分析。实践证明,拼装滑移方案科学可行,保证了施工进度、施工质量及施工安全,取得了良好的经济效果。

【Abstract】 There are the hoisting difficulties,the construction risks and other problems in the installation of a long-span roof. Particularly,when the assembling area is limited,a long-span structure installation is usually a key challenge. Taking the construction characteristics and scheme of the long-span steel roof of a skating rink as an example,the paper researched on the bed-jig design,roof truss splicing in the field,sliding track design,sliding roof construction and dismantling temporany supports synchronously. The internal forces of the roof trusses was also analyzed by using the finite element method. The results showed that the assembling and sliding technique could ensure the construction progress,construction quality and construction safety,it has achieved good economic effect.
