李自健美术馆钢结构施工过程数值分析
NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF STEEL STRUCTURE OF LIZIJIAN ART MUSEUM IN CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
【摘要】 空间钢结构建筑造型向多样化方向发展,给钢结构的加工制作和施工方案选取提出了更高的要求。钢结构施工过程中,结构的刚度、质量、荷载等不断变化,是一个非线性的加载历程。严格地讲,结构设计应以施工阶段结束时的刚度作为线性分析的初始刚度。根据美术馆钢结构的特点制定了安装方案,通过对钢结构安装过程进行数值分析,分别建立了一次性加载模型和施工阶段加载模型,对关键节点位移及杆件应力进行对比,为钢结构的安全吊装和准确定位提供数值依据。同时进行了施工阶段数值分析,以施工阶段非线性分析结束时的刚度作为线性分析的初始刚度,为结构设计提供更准确的初始条件。
【Abstract】 Space steel structure building modeling tends to diversification,which put forward more requirements to the steel structure processing and construction program selection. The stiffness,mass and loads of the steel structure are changing during the construction process as a non-linear loading process. Strictly speaking,the structural design should take the stiffness in the end of construction phase as the initial stiffness of linear analysis. According to the characteristics of the steel structure of the art museum,an installation program was established. Through the numerical analysis of the steel structure installation process,the one-time loading model and the loading model were constructed respectively. The displacement of the key joints and the stress of the bars were compared,which could provide numerical data for accuratly positioning and safe litting. The stiffness at the end of the nonlinear analysis at the construction stage was used as the initial stiffness of the linear analysis to provide a more accurate initial condition for the structural design.
