耐候钢腐蚀后的疲劳研究

【摘要】 耐候钢耐候性能良好,结构中使用还能减少涂装与维护费用。裸露使用的耐候钢,表面带锈的同时还可能承受疲劳荷载。总结了耐候钢腐蚀后疲劳性能的研究进展,包括试件形式、疲劳破坏模式和试验研究及其成果,介绍了考虑腐蚀等因素后耐候钢疲劳模型等研究成果。

【Abstract】 Weathering steel has advantages of good corrosion resistance and low cost of painting and maintenance. It is also possible for the bare weathering steel to bear the fatigue load with a rust layer. The researches on fatigue performance of weathering steel after corrosion were summarized in terms of the shape of specimens,fatigue failure mode and the conclusions obtained from experimental investigations. The paper also introduced the fatigue model of weathering steel after corrosion.
