【摘要】 目的:针对老年患者髋部骨折不同手术时机的选择及临床疗效展开分析。方法:将我院于2015年3月至2018年1月间髋部骨折行手术治疗的老年患者50例作为本次临床回顾性研究样本,基于其手术时机的差异将样本分为组1(25例)、组2(25例),组1在36小时内行早期手术,组2在36小时内行择期手术。收集两组患者临床手术平均时长、患者住院平均时长、术后预后过程中并发症发生几率以及预后愈合平均时长几方面数据,从而针对不同手术时机疗效进行对比。结果:与组2相比,组1患者临床手术平均时长、患者住院平均时长、术后预后过程中并发症发生几率以及预后愈合平均时长均显著缩短,P<0.05。结论:对于老年髋部骨折患者而言,早期手术治疗优势显著,在推动患者预后进程方面极具价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the choice of different operative time and clinical effect of hip fracture in elderly patien ts.Methods:50 elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the clinical retrospective study samples.The samples were divided into group 1(25 cases),group 2(25 cases),group 1 underwent early surgery within 36 hours,and group 2 underwent elective surgery within 36 hours.The average length of clinical operation,average length of hospitalization,incidence of complications and average le ngth of prognosis healing were collected to compare the effects of different surgical timing.Results:Compared with gro up 2,the average length of clinical operation,hospitalization,the incidence of complications and the average length of pro gnosis healing in group 1 were significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with hip fracture,early su rgical treatment has significant advantages and is of great value in promoting the prognosis of patients.更多还原
