【摘要】 新型智库建设是当前中央政府推行的一项国家战略,将对我国各类智库的建设与升级产生深远影响。文章立足于《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》及中央高层领导的系列讲话,总结出规划设计院的转型要求,即研究思维、沟通渠道、工作方法和特色方向;同时,基于江苏省城市规划设计研究院规划智库建设的实践经验,提出传统规划设计院向新型智库转型的应对策略,主要包括完善智库建设基础、搭建沟通平台、构建信息平台、前置服务功能和塑造特色品牌等,以期为传统规划设计院向新型智库转型提供思路与策略借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of national strategies, the construction of new-type think tank will effect the construction and upgrade of different think tanks. Based on the file of "Suggestions on strengthening the construction of new-type think tank with Chinese characteristics" and the speech of center senior leaders, the paper summarizes the transitional demand such as study thought, communication channel, work method, and characteristic target; puts forward the transitional strategies with Jjiangsu Institute of Urban Planning and Design practice, including think tank basis improving, communication channel and information platform building, service function preposition, and brand building.
