【摘要】 文章在对"交通强国"战略新构想进行分析的基础上,对"交通强国"战略的主旨进行科学分析,并应用系统理论方法和比较分析方法,以"交通强国"战略的时代背景、丰厚意蕴、有效路径为分析重点,认为"交通强国"战略是适应中国特色社会主义进入新时代的内在要求,是极大增强综合国力和竞争力的有力举措,是深刻把握世界现代交通发展趋势的必然选择。文章提出大力发展交通多式联运、推动交通科技创新、深化交通供给侧结构性改革、拓展交通开放新领域、建构交通治理新体系等实施"交通强国"战略的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper, based on "Transportation powerful Nation" strategy, makes a scientific study on its main idea. By using the application system theory method and comparative analysis method, taking its times background, rich implication, effective path as the key points, this paper considers that "Transportation Powerful Nation" strategy is the intrinsic request for the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, as well as the enormous enhancement for comprehensive national strength and the competitive power, the inevitably choice for profound assurance for world modern transportation trend. Suggestions are put forward: we should develop the multiple transportation, promote scientific and technological innovation in transportation, deepen the traffic supply side structural reform,expand and open new areas in transportation, construct the new traffic management system and implement the strategy of "Transportation Powerful Nation".更多还原
