【摘要】 文章提出了新时代《中国公共卫生管理》杂志的办刊思路。分析思考在发展中遇到的问题,如何在新时代履行好期刊的社会使命,重温办刊宗旨,提出了注重办刊的方向性、宏观性、学术性、交流性和时效性等要点;回顾了做好国家卫计委要求的主题宣传工作的体会和成效,坚定继续加强主题宣传工作;规划了今后从五个方面开展选题策划、信息挖掘和分析的办刊思路;讨论了为提升期刊的影响力从学术质量和编校质量两个方面采取的具体措施,包括严格执行审稿制度和编校制度;最后探讨了提升编辑业务水平和加强编辑队伍能力建设问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thought of the development of Chinese Journal of Public Health Management in the new period was put forward in the new period in this article. From the problems in the development of the periodicals,the author discussed about how to fulfill the social mission of the periodical in the new period,reviewed the aim of the periodicals,and put forward some key points,such as paying more attention to uphold the correct orientation macro,academic,communication and timeliness of the journal. The experience and effect of theme propaganda as requested by the State Health and Planning Commission were reviewed,and the work of theme propaganda would be firmly strengthened. Some ideas of developing the topic planning work in the future were put forward. The ideas of developing the topic planning information deliberation and analysis were put forward from five aspects. This paper discussed some thoughts on how to enhance the influence of periodicals,and put forward some concrete measures from two aspects of academic quality and editorial quality,including strictly enforcing the system of revision and editing in this paper. Finally the problems of strengthening the ability construction of the editorial team were discussed,such as strengthening the ability construction of the editorial team,and so on.更多还原
