个人防护装备示踪系统在黑龙江省卫生应急技能竞赛中的应用
Application of tracer system of personal protective equipment in health emergency competition in Heilongjiang province
【摘要】 目的在2017年黑龙江省卫生应急技能竞赛突发急性传染病防控项目比赛中利用个人防护装备示踪系统,对所有参赛选手的个人防护装备(Personal protective equipments,PPE)的使用和穿脱方式的规范性进行量化指标评分和感染风险评估。方法在哈尔滨市传染病院感染科病房模拟一起高致病性禽流感暴发事件,将所有进入负压病房进行现场流行病调查的选手外层手套涂抹示踪剂,在调查结束后依据竞赛考核标准及示踪剂出现的位置给选手评分及做出风险评估。结果此考核项总分60分,参赛队最高58.5分,最低30.25分,脱卸个人防护装备合格率为81.25%;流调组与检验组得分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.538,P>0.05)。在荧光标记个人防护装备脱卸的各项环节中,各位置被污染总人数17人,被污染率7.59%;极高风险的位置有2人被污染,被污染率2.08%;各位置有操作错误的总人数43人,比重为16.8%。结论个人防护装备示踪系统能够很好地对此次大赛的防护脱卸项目进行量化评分和感染风险评估。
【Abstract】 Objective To use Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) tracking system in the project of prevention and control of emergent acute infectious diseases in the Heilongjiang Provincial Health Emergency Response Competition in 2017,to evaluate its quantitative index score and risk assessment of infection for its standard use. Methods To simulate an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza(HPAI) in Harbin Infectious Diseases Hospital,tracer was smeared on the outer glove of all those competitors entered the negative pressure ward for field epidemiological investigation. After the investigation,score and risk assessment were valued based on the competition test criteria and where the tracer appears. Results The total examination score was 60 points,the highest team got 58. 5 points,the lowest team got 30. 25 points,the pass rate of detachment of personal protective equipment was 81. 25%;the total number of contaminated sites in fluorescent tagged personal protective equipment detachment was 17,pollution rate was 7. 59%;two competitors in extremely high risk were polluted and the polluted rate was 2. 08%;43 competitors had operational errors,accounting for 16. 8% of the total. Conclusion Personal protective equipment tracking system is able to carry out quantitative scoring and infection risk assessment for the protection of the competition.
