包头地区蒙古族育龄妇女TORCH感染状况调查
Investigation on TORCH infection among mongolian women of childbearing age in Baotou
【摘要】 目的探讨包头市蒙古族育龄妇女中TORCH的感染现状,为预防TORCH感染和做好优生优育工作提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对1 875名蒙古族育龄妇女进行TORCH感染的特异性Ig M及Ig G抗体检测。结果1 875名蒙古族育龄妇女TORCH抗体检测中RV-Ig M阳性率最高,为2.03%,CMV-Ig G阳性率为93.65%;20~29岁年龄组TORCH各病原体Ig M阳性率均高于其他两组,CMV-Ig G阳性率在各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.463,P<0.05),HSV(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)-Ig G阳性率在各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.934,P<0.01);RV的感染具有明显季节性,冬春季节为高发期,冬春季RV-Ig G阳性率与夏秋季相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.216,P<0.01);Tox-Ig M阳性率在城市与农村、牧区之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.824,P<0.05);Tox-Ig G阳性率在城市与农村、牧区之间差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=6.415,P<0.05);Tox-Ig M阳性率在有、无动物接触史间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.613,P<0.01),Tox-Ig G阳性率在有、无动物接触史间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.375,P<0.05)。结论 20~29岁蒙古族育龄妇女,居住地在农村、牧区及有动物接触史的人群为TORCH易感人群,应积极开展孕期TORCH感染的普查工作。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infective rate of Toxoplasma gondii(Tox),Rubella virus(RV),Cytomegalovirus(CMV) and Herpes simplex virus(HSV) antibody(anti-TORCH) in the mongolian women of childbearing age in Baotou,in order to provide guidance for preventing TORCH infection. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was applied detect plasma TORCH Ig M and Ig G among 1875 cases. Results Positive rate of RV-Ig M was the highest in1875 cases of TORCH antibody detection(2. 03%),positive rate of RV-Ig G was 93. 65%. The positive rate of TORCH Ig M in the 20 ~ 29 age group were higher than other two groups;the positive rate of CMV-Ig G was statistically significant difference between the age groups(χ2= 6. 463,P < 0. 05). The positive rate of HSV(Ⅰ + Ⅱ)-Ig G was statistically significant difference between the age groups(χ2= 15. 934,P < 0. 01). The RV infection had obvious seasonal,the winter and spring season was a high onset period. The positive rate of RV-Ig G in the winter and the spring was higher than that in the summer and the fall(χ2= 13. 216,P < 0. 01). The positive rate of Tox-Ig M was statistically significant difference between the city and the rural pastoral area(χ2= 4. 824,P < 0. 05). The positive rate of Tox-Ig G was statistically significant difference between the city and the rural pastoral area(χ2= 6. 415,P < 0. 05). The positive rate of Tox-Ig M was statistically significant difference between the history of contact and not contact with animals(χ2= 8. 613,P < 0. 01). The positive rate of Tox-Ig G was statistically significant difference between the history of contact and not contact with animals(χ2= 5. 375,P < 0. 05).Conclusion Mongolian women of childbearing age between 20 and 29 years old,living in rural pastoral areas and with animal contact history are the susceptible population of TORCH,so the detection of TORCH should be carried out during pregnancy.
