La-HY-SBA-15催化烷基化催化剂制备

【摘要】 采用原位合成法制备了HY-SBA-15分子筛,并进行La改性。用XRD、N2吸附-脱附等表征分析,在小型固定床上考察了La负载量、焙烧温度、时间对烷基化性能的影响,结果发现,最优制备条件是La负载量为10%、焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间4.5h。XRD、N2吸附-脱附表征分析La-HY-SBA-15分子筛有微-介孔结构,NH3-TPD表征分析La-HY-SBA-15分子筛主要为中强酸,Py-FTIR表征分析La-HY-SBA-15分子筛L酸比B酸多。

【Abstract】 HY-SBA-15 zeolite was prepared by in-situ synthesis method and was modified in La by impregnation method. La-HY-SBA-15 was characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and so on. The alkylation influence of load amount, calcination temperature, calcination time on La-HY-SBA-15 zeolite was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. When load amount of La was 10%, calcination temperature was 550℃, calcination time was 4.5 h, the reaction of alkylation had the best performance. La-HY-SBA-15 zeolite had micro-mesoporous structures by characterization of XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption, mainly had medium strong acid by characterization of NH3-TPD, had more Lewis acid than Bronsted acid by characterization of Py-FTIR.
