【摘要】 介绍了高支水溶纱线的特点,并采用含水溶性纤维的纱线在电脑横机上编织出仿圆机效果的宽幅围巾。分析讨论了围巾的编织原理、组织结构设计、编织工艺与后整理。宽幅围巾的研究表明,采用含水溶性纤维的纱线在电脑横机上编织宽幅围巾,可解决一些常规天然纱线强力较低﹑编织难度较大的技术问题。在电脑横机上编织出仿圆机效果的宽幅围巾,是电脑横机编织超常规幅宽产品的一次延伸,对采用电脑横机开发及加工其他针织产品具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of high count water-soluble yarns were introduced.A broad-width scarf was prepared on the computerized flat knitting machine with a circular weft knitting effect.The knitting principle,structure design,knitting process and finishing of the broad-width scarf were analyzed and discussed.The result showed that some technical problems,such as weak strength and knitting difficulties found in natural yarns,could be solved through the application of water-soluble yarns on computer horizontal machine.Meanwhile,it is a applicable extension for computer horizontal machine on which a broad-width scarf could be knitted with a circular weft knitting effect,and provide some references for the future development and production of knitted products.更多还原
