【Abstract】 BR ICS cooperation has always been highly concerned by the international community. The 9 th BR ICS summit in Xiamen led the BR ICS to deepen their partnership in the next phase, fully release the potential for cooperation and strive for a broader mutual benefit and win-win situation. As BR ICS members, China and R ussia are located in N ortheast Asia. In the face of the complex geo-political environment, the two BR ICS can learn from the achievements of this summit and extend BR ICS cooperation mode to the entire N ortheast Asia region, thereby promoting peace and development in N ortheast Asia.更多还原
