基于羧甲基化木质纤维的高雾度、高透明纸
Investigation on the Highly Transparent and Hazy Paper with Carboxymethylated Wood Fibers
【摘要】 以木质纤维为原料,首先对其进行羧甲基化改性,使纤维发生润胀;再将改性后的木质纤维通过抄纸工艺制备出具有优异热稳定性的高雾度、高透明纸。通过性能表征可知:其透明度达89%,雾度达85%(波长550 nm处),拉伸强度最高达到138 MPa,初始分解温度为279℃。有望进一步推动高雾度、高透明纸在电子器件领域的规模化应用。
【Abstract】 Wood fibers were treated with a carboxymethylation method to weaken the hydrogen bonds among the cellulose fibrils of fiber cell wall, thus causing the wood fibers to swell up. The carboxymethylated wood fibers were then used to fabricate transparent and hazy paper by a vacuum filtration method. Consequently, the resulting paper not only presents superior optical properties(transparency: 89%, haze: 85%) but also strong tensile strength(tensile strength: 138 MPa) and enhanced thermal stability with an onset decomposition temperature of 279 ℃. This study is expected to further promote the large-scale application of highly transparent and hazy paper in optoelectronic devices.
