水分散型两性聚丙烯酰胺增强剂在全脱墨废新闻纸浆中的应用

【摘要】 采用水分散聚合技术制备了流动性好、稳定性好、相对分子质量高和效果优良的水分散型两性聚丙烯酰胺造纸增强剂,产品相对分子质量100万~200万,电荷密度0.90meq·g-1,固含量15%~20%。并将水分散型两性聚丙烯酰胺产品直接应用于全脱墨废新闻纸浆的抄造过程中,考察其对造纸抄造过程及纸张性能的改善情况。结果表明:水分散型两性聚丙烯酰胺造纸增强剂提高了纸页的结合强度,明显改善纸张的表面强度、抗张强度、撕裂强度和油墨吸收性能,较好地改善纸张的印刷适应性及抄造性能,显著提高了浆料的滤水性能、保留率以及成纸的灰分,降低能耗和原料成本。

【Abstract】 Water dispersible amphoteric polyacrylamide paper strengthening agents with good fluidity,good stability,relatively high molecular weight and good effect were prepared with water dispersive polymerization technology. The product has a relative molecular mass of 1~2 million,a charge density of 0. 90 meq·g-1,and a solid content of 15%~ 20%. The papermaking process water dispersion type amphoteric polyacrylamide products directly applied to all deinked pulp in the press,to improve the situation of papermaking papermaking process and paper properties. The result shows that the water dispersion type amphoteric polyacrylamide as paper strengthening agent to improve the bonding strength of the sheet,improve paper surface strength,tensile strength,tear strength and ink absorption,improve paper printability; also can effectively improve the paper production process,improve the water retention properties of slurry rate and paper ash,reduce energy consumption and cost of raw materials.The water-dispersed amphoteric polyacrylamide product was directly applied to the papermaking process of full deinking waste news pulp,and the improvement of papermaking process and paper properties was examined. The results showed that the water-dispersed amphiphilic polyacrylamide paper enhancer improved the bond strength of the paper sheet,significantly improved the paper surface strength,tensile strength,tear strength and ink absorption performance,and improved the printing adaptability of the paper. At the same time,the process of papermaking is improved,and the water filtration performance,retention rate,and ash content of the paper are significantly improved,thereby reducing energy consumption and raw material costs
