延迟发光技术检测血清中的痕量毒品

【摘要】 毒品滥用及毒品犯罪对国家公共安全构成严重的威胁,禁毒已成为全世界的共识。快速、灵敏的毒品检测技术为禁毒工作的顺利开展提供有力保障。本文探讨了利用延迟发光技术检测血清中痕量毒品的可行性。测量了血清、含有冰毒的血清和含有海洛因的血清的延迟发光衰减曲线,并得到了每个样本本征的发光寿命。结果显示,血清的发光寿命为38.4ms,而含有1×10-5mol/L冰毒的血清和含有1×10-5 mol/L海洛因的血清的发光寿命分别为14.2ms和11.9ms。在此基础上,以冰毒为例,得到了不同浓度的冰毒与血清混合样本的发光寿命,建立了发光寿命与冰毒浓度的对应关系,实现了血清中冰毒浓度的定量计算。这说明本征的发光寿命对血清中含有的毒品具有灵敏的指示作用,延迟发光技术可以成为检测血清中痕量毒品的一种新方法。

【Abstract】 Because narcotics-related crimes pose critical risks to public safety and national security,narcotics control has drawn attention of international community.A rapid and sensitive detection of narcotics is the first step of narcotics control.The feasibility of optical identification of trace amounts of narcotics in serum using photo-induced delayed luminescence(DL)is tested.Comparative investigations for the DL decay curves of control serum and contaminated samples with methamphetamine and heroin were conducted.For the control serum without chemical contamination,the DL decay curve shows an intrinsic lifetime of about 38.4 ms,while DL decay curves of the serum containing 1×10-5 mol/L methamphetamine and 1×10-5 mol/L heroin reveal shortened characteristic lifetimes of 14.2 ms and 11.9 ms,respectively.On this basis,the lifetime values of mixing samples with different concentrations of methamphetamine are calculated,and we establish the corresponding relation between lifetime with concentration.It indicates that DL can realize the quantitative detection of methamphetamine in serum.Experimental results demonstrate that the lifetime can be used as an indicator of containing narcotics in serum,promising a new method for detecting trace amounts of narcotics in serum.
