Ag含量对TiO2薄膜光学性能和光催化性能影响
Effect of Ag concentration on the optical performance and photocatalytic ability of TiO2 thin films
【摘要】 为了研究Ag含量对光催化效率的影响,采用电子束沉积方法制备了Ag-TiO2光催化剂,分别用X射线衍射仪(XRD),紫外-可见光谱仪(UV-Vis),电子扫描显微镜(SEM),原子力显微镜(AFM),X射线电子能谱仪(XPS)等手段对晶体结构,光学性能和薄膜形貌以及元素价态元素组成等进行了表征.利用太阳光,以甲基橙(MO)为模型,分析了不同Ag含量薄膜的光催化效率.结果显示:Ag是以Ag0存在,Ag均匀而牢固的分布在TiO2材料上;在300℃温度下,所形成的薄膜为无定形结构;沉积适量的银,可以提高纳米二氧化钛光催化活性。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of Ag content on photocatalytic efficiency,Ag-doped TiO2 coatings were deposited by electron beam evaporation.The structural,optical,morphology and elemental compositions of the obtained nanocomposites were characterized using the X-ray diffraction(XRD),ultravidetvisible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy(XPS),respectively.The photocatalytic activity of Ag/TiO2 was measured by using photocatalytic oxidation of MO as a model reaction,and the effect of Ag concentration on the photocatalytic activity was investigated.It is found that the Ag is in the Ag0 state.The silver nanoparticles are uniformly distributed and strongly attached to the mesoporous TiO2 matrix.The Ag-TiO2 films is amorphous at 300℃.The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoparticles can be improved by depositing appropriate amount of silver.
