PEI/PMMA共混有机聚合物的成膜性和对硫化氢气体的响应
Film forming of PEI/PMMA blended polymers and its responses to hydrogen sulfide gas
【摘要】 采用主客掺杂的方法制备PEI/PMMA共混有机聚合物,并采用旋涂的方法研究了共混有机聚合物的成膜特性,包括薄膜厚度、平整度与旋涂薄膜转速的关系,测量发现匀胶机转速越高薄膜厚度越均匀,高速为1 500r/min时薄膜最大厚度差为0.626 3μm。有机聚合物薄膜的紫外透过光谱表明共混有机聚合物所成的薄膜对H2S气体有良好的响应,当混合液中含有0.04g的PEI时,紫外透射率由86.81%下降到55.54%,非常明显。紫外吸收光谱表明薄膜和低浓度H2S气体的反应不明显,但是对高浓度的H2S有响应。通过高温处理与H2S气体反应后的薄膜,可以增大薄膜的紫外吸收强度。
【Abstract】 The PEI/PMMA blended organic polymer was prepared by host-guest doping method,and the film-forming properties of blended organic polymer were studied by spin coating method,including the relationship between film thickness,flatness and rotational speed of spin-coater.The higher the speed of spin-coater is,the more uniform the film thickness is.The maximum thickness difference is 0.626 3μm when the high speed is 1500 r/min.The ultraviolet(UV)transmittance spectrum of the organic polymer film shows that the blending organic polymers film has a good response to the hydrogen sutfide(H2S)gas.When the mixed solution contains of PEI 0.04 g,the UV transmittance is decreased from 86.81%to 55.54% obviously.The UV absorption spectra show that the reaction between the film and the H2S gas with low concentration is not obvious,but film has a response to H2S with high concentrations.By high temperature treatment for the film reacted with H2S gas,the UV absorption strength of the film can be increased.
