合金元素Cu及稀土La对压铸铝合金性能的影响
Effects of alloying element Cu and rare earth La on properties of die-casting aluminum alloys
【摘要】 主要研究了合金元素Cu及稀土元素La对铝合金压铸件性能的影响.通过在铝合金压铸件中添加不同含量的Cu和La元素,对比分析不同含量的各组试样的硬度、抗拉强度、伸长率数据及断口形貌特征.研究结果表明,当添加1.98%的Cu和0.32%的La元素时铝合金试样的力学性能最佳,其硬度、抗拉强度及伸长率相比于原始基础材料分别提高了61.2%,51.5%和63.9%,铝合金压铸件的质量得到大幅度地提高.
【Abstract】 The effect of alloying element Cu and rare earth element La on the properties of aluminum alloy die castings was studied.By adding different content of Cu and La elements in aluminum alloy die castings,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation data and fracture morphology of different samples were compared and analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy specimens are the best when adding 1.98% Cu and 0.32% La element,and the hardness,tensile strength and elongation are increased by 61.2%,51.5% and 63.9%,respectively.The quality of aluminum alloy die castings has been greatly improved.
