【摘要】 目的比较腹腔镜和传统开放手术在同时合并胆囊结石和胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院2015年1月～2017年12月同时合并胆囊结石和胃癌患者50例,其中腹腔镜手术21例,传统开放手术29例,比较两者临床病理资料,手术时间、手术后并发症。结果腹腔镜组年龄大于开放手术组,术后住院日短于传统手术组,手术时间长于开放手术组,但都无统计学差异P> 0. 05。两种手术方式,术后2天引流量,术后住院日,术后并发症等都无统计学差异P> 0. 05。结论腹腔镜手术在同时合并胆囊结石和胃癌患者与传统手术疗效相当,但腹腔镜手术创伤小,住院时间短,值得全面推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery in patients with cholecystolithiasis and gastric cancer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,retrospective analysis of 50 patients with cholecystolithiasis and gastric cancer who underwent radical surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,21 cases of laparoscopic surgery group and 29 cases of traditional open surgery group. The clinicopathological data,process of operation,the time of operation,postoperative complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The age of laparoscopy group was older than that of open surgery group. Postoperative hospitalization stay was shorter than the traditional operation group,and the operation time was longer than the open operation group,but there was no statistical difference between them( P > 0. 05). There were no significant differences in the two surgical methods,the postoperative drainage Volume 2 days,the postoperative hospitalization day,and the postoperative complications( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can achieve the same therapeutic effect as traditional open surgery in patients with cholecystolithiasis and gastric cancer,but laparoscopic surgery has less trauma and shorter hospitalization stay,it is worth a comprehensive promotion.更多还原
