CDHR5的丢失与原发性肝细胞肝癌关系的研究
The relationship of loss of cadherin related family member 5 and development of hepatocellular carcinoma
【摘要】 目的探究CDHR5的表达水平和肝癌之间的关系。方法调取50名经病理学确诊的HCC患者的切片并收集临床病理学资料,采用免疫组化法检测癌与癌旁组织中CDHR5的表达差异,制作Kaplan-Meier生存曲线,探讨CDHR5表达水平不同与患者生存期之间的关系。结果 CDHR5在肝癌组织的表达明显低于癌旁组织。通过Cox比例风险回归模型单因素和多因素分析,CDHR5为影响患者术后总生存期的独立影响因素,为保护性因素。结论本文首次探究了CDHR5在HCC中表达情况,CDHR5在HCC癌旁组织表达更多,在癌组织中表达较少,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线提示CDHR5高表达组生存时间明显长于低表达组。肝癌的发生发展可能与CDHR5的失表达有关。
【Abstract】 Objective we aimed to analyze the relationship between the expression of CDHR5 and Hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of CDHR5 in 50 HCC clinical specimens with its adjacent normal tissues and Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to explore the relationship between inequable expressions of CDHR5 in different HCC patients. Results The expression of CDHR5 in HCC cell line and tissues were significantly lower than that of the normal epithelial tissues and adjacent normal tissues CDHR5 higher expression group showed a significantly lower risk of death than lower expression group. Conclusion This study describes CDHR5 expression in HCC for the first time. The expression of CDHR5 in HCC cancer tissues was lower than it in adjacent normal tissues. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve indicated that the overall survival time of CDHR5 high expression group was significantly longer than that of the low expression group. CDHR5 loss might be associated with development of HCC.
