【摘要】 在充分学习借鉴国家BIM标准、其他省市BIM标准、部分企业BIM实施标准的基础上,结合深圳市建筑工务署工程项目BIM实施情况,借鉴社会公认的BIM技术应用成果,开展工务署BIM实施标准体系建设研究工作。编制形成设计和施工《BIM普及应用指引》,并配套编制38项具体的BIM实施标准。从BIM招投标、BIM实施准备、BIM模型创建、BIM模型应用、BIM成果归档等方面规范BIM技术的全过程应用,有效提升工务署工程项目BIM实施的规范性。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of studying and learning from national BIM standards,other provincial and municipal BIM standards,and some enterprises BIM standards,combining with the BIM implementation of Bureau of Public Works Shenzhen Municipality,and learning from BIM application points recognized by society,the research work on BIM implementation standards of Department of Works is carried out. The "Guidelines for Popularization and Application of BIM" for design and construction are compiled,and 38 specific BIM implementation standards are compiled. The whole BIM application process is standardized from BIM bidding,BIM implementation preparation,BIM model creation,BIM model application,BIM results filing and other aspects. Project BIM implementation normalization of Department of Works is effectively enhanced.更多还原
