既有建筑地下室微型钢管桩承载力检测技术研究
Research on Testing Technology of Micro Steel Pipe Pile Bearing Capacity in Basement of Existing Building
【摘要】 随着微型钢管桩的广泛应用,其在既有建筑地下室地基基础加固工程中的优势也逐渐显现出来,而由于现场条件限制,导致无法采用常规的堆载法对其进行单桩承载力检测。结合锚桩法不受场地条件限制以及微型钢管桩单桩承载力低的特点,提出了采用锚筋法替代锚桩法进行试验,最终顺利完成了微型钢管桩的单桩承载力检测。
【Abstract】 With the widespread application of micro steel pipe pile,its advantages in the reinforcement of foundations for existing buildings in the basement have gradually emerged,due to the limitation of on-site conditions,conventional over-load methods cannot be used to test the Bearing capacity of single pile. Combined with the characteristics of anchor pile method is not limited by site conditions and low bearing capacity of single pile of micro steel pipe pile. It is proposed that the method of anchor bar method is used instead of anchor pile method,finally the bearing capacity of single pile of the micro steel pipe pile is successfully tested.
