任务驱动:“教、学、做”一体化教学模式在高等职业师资教学中的探索与实践——以《机械制造技术》课程为例
Exploration and practice of “task driven teaching,learning and doing” integrated teaching mode in Higher Vocational Teachers’ Teaching
【摘要】 由于高等职业师范教育兼有职业技术教育和师范教育的双重性,提出利用"任务驱动:‘教、学、做’一体化教学模式"提高教学质量。以《机械制造技术》课程的教学改革为例,分析该教学模式实施的可行性和必要性,然后提出该模式在教学中的实施目标、要求、设计、过程和考核评价。教学实践证明,在高等职业师范教育中实施"教、学、做"一体化模式,可操作性强,教学效果明显,具有可行性。
【Abstract】 Because of dual nature of vocational technical education and normal education in higher vocational normal education,this paper proposes to improve teaching quality by "task driven: teaching,learning and doing "integrated teaching mode. Teaching reform of "mechanical manufacturing technology"is used as an exampl. It is analyzed including feasibility and necessity of implementation of the teaching model,and then puts forward implementation objectives,requirements,design,process and assessment and evaluation of the model in teaching.Teaching practice has proved that implementation of teaching and learning integration mode in higher vocational normal education is feasible,effective and effective.
