【摘要】 国家自然科学基金是我国目前为止最公正、最规范、最能体现基础研究竞争力的重要指标。面上项目是NSFC最重要的资助类型,通过对我国31个省市自治区2006—2016年期间获得国家自然科学基金面上项目资助的相关数据进行深入的计算分析和统计,得到相应的数据结果和竞争指标。结果表明:我国各省市间基础研究竞争力差距大;辽宁省基础研究处于提升阶段,但是竞争能力日趋变弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The National Natural Science Foundation of China( NSFC) is the most fair,and the best way to manifest the research competitiveness index of China so far. General projects is one of the most important kind of NSFC. This paper statistically analysis the data of the NSFC general projects from 2006 to 2016. The results show that:The basic research of 31 provinces is big gap. The basic research of Liaoning province is in the promotion stage,but the competitiveness is getting weaker.更多还原
