【摘要】 在我国地方高等院校、主要是农林高校中,植物保护本科专业建设面对生源基础差,专业思想不稳,用人单位更加看重实践能力和综合素质等共性问题。河北农业大学植物保护本科专业通过综合改革,创建了稳专业思想,强实践能力,知识、能力和素质三位一体的人才培养模式,为地方高校农科专业建设提供了借鉴。该模式主要包括:"三轨"同行的专业思想教育机制;"一改三园两路径"的实践教学和能力培育体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In local colleges and universities in China,mainly in agriculture and forestry university,plant protection undergraduate specialty construction faces some common problems,such as weakly students foundation,instability of professional thought,and unit of choice and employ persons is more emphasis on practical ability and comprehensive quality,and so on. Undergraduate plant protection in agricultural university of Hebei is through comprehensive reform,to create a stable professional ideas,strong practical ability,knowledge,ability and quality of the trinity of personnel training mode,which provides the reference for the local colleges and universities.
