【Abstract】 Based on the theory of human capital investment,the staff teams are essential to the financial aid of students in colleges and universities. In this paper,the current status of the staff teams is analyzed,and problems are pointed out in the view of the qualification requirements and role definition. measures are put forward to enforce the staff teams in charge of college student financial aid affair,such as staff career development planning,training,recognition and selflearning encouragement.更多还原
