扦插时间和基质对条叶榕扦插繁育的影响

【摘要】 为研究在不同季节扦插和不同基质对条叶榕(Ficus pandurata var.angustifolia)扦插繁育的影响,以健壮的条叶榕植株作为母苗,分别于2014年3月7日、5月25日、8月3日,在浙江省林业科学研究院温室大棚内采用细河沙和"泥炭+珍珠岩+肥料"2种基质扦插繁育条叶榕。结果表明:在以细河沙为基质的3次扦插试验中,3月底扦插的条叶榕插穗的成活率最高(95.2%),根最长(5.3±2.1 cm),根数量也最多(40~70根);采用细河沙扦插条叶榕插穗的成活率(71.4%~95.2%)显著高于"泥炭+珍珠岩+肥料"基质(18.4%~59.8%);在9种"泥炭+珍珠岩+肥料"配方中,配方3(泥炭:珍珠岩=6:4,肥料含量2.5 kg·m-3)培育的条叶榕幼苗成活率最高(59.8%),而配方8(泥炭:珍珠岩=8:2,肥料含量2.0 kg·m-3)培育的条叶榕幼苗成活率最低(18.4%),可能是因为配方3中珍珠岩比例高,无纺布袋中的条叶榕插穗的新生根容易获得氧气和水。2015年春,使用细河沙基质和配方3的"泥炭+珍珠岩+肥料"配比的基质扦插条叶榕插穗2个月后发现,使用细河沙基质培育的条叶榕插穗根较长、枝较短,而使用配方3"泥炭+珍珠岩+肥料"基质的条叶榕插穗根较短、枝较长。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of different time and substrates on Ficus pandurata var. angustifolia cuttage, the strong shoots of F. pandurata var. angustifolia were selected to do cuttage experiments in the sand substrate and the mixture of peat, perlite, and fertilizer in the greenhouse of Zhejiang Forestry Academy in 7 th March, 25 thMay, and 3 rd August, 2014. The results showed that the situation of shoots growth was best in the end of March among the 3 cuttage experiments. The survival rate of F. pandurata var. angustifolia amounted up to 95.2%, the root length grew up to(5.3 ± 2.1) cm, and the root number reached from 40 to 70. Moreover, the survival rates of F. pandurata var. angustifolia in the sand substrate(71.4%~95.2%) were significantly higher than those in the mixture of peat, perlite, and fertilizer substrate(18.4%~59.8%). In addtion, the survival rates of the seedlings of F. pandurata var. angustifolia cultivated by the formulation 3(peat : perlite=6 : 4, fertilizer=2.5 kg/m3) and the formulation 8(peat : perlite=8 : 2, fertilizer=2.0 kg/m3) are 59.8% and 18.4%, respectively, which were the highest and the lowest survival rate among the 9 kinds of formulations. The probable reason was that the proportion of perlite in the formulation 3 was relatively high, which made oxygen and water available to the roots in the nonwoven cloth bags. Further more, the shoots of F. pandurata var. angustifolia were cultivated by sand substrate and the formulation 3(peat : perlite=6 : 4, fertilizer=2.5 kg/m3), respectively. After 2 months, F. pandurata var. angustifolia in sand substrate had the longer new roots and the shorter new shoots compared with those in the mixture of peat, perlite, and fertilizer.
