松褐天牛聚集信息素引诱剂林间诱捕作用

【摘要】 研究以松褐天牛(Monochamus alternatus)的聚集信息素壬醛N为主要配方,评价了壬醛对松褐天牛的林间引诱作用。结果显示,松褐天牛雄虫产生的信息素N不但能诱捕到松褐天牛雌虫,也能诱捕到雄虫,雌雄性比为1:0.60;聚集素N与植物源信息素和小蠹聚集信息素之间有显著增效作用;在广州市花都区全年都能诱捕到松褐天牛成虫,4-8月为诱捕量高峰期。聚集素引诱剂N可以作为防治松墨天牛的新技术进一步试验推广。

【Abstract】 In this study, the pheromone Nonanal(N), which is an aggregation pheromone produced by males of Monochamus alternatus, was used as the main formulation to evaluate the inter-forest attraction to M. alternatus. The results showed that the aggregation pheromone attractant N was able to trap both the female and male of the pine sawyer beetles at the same time, and there was a very significant synergistic effect after added the host-plant volatile and bark beetle pheromones into N. The adults of M. alternatus can be trapped through the whole year in Huadu, Guangzhou, and the peak period of trapping is from April to August. This research lays a good foundation for the pheromones attractants, and provides more effective technical means for the control of M. alternatus and pine wood nematode disease.
