【摘要】 高等教育阶段的中外合作办学作为一种新型办学模式是中国教育事业的组成部分,但收费政策及具体执行情况仍然存在一些问题与不足。本研究在对生均培养成本、招生供求关系及学生家庭收入等中外合作高等教育学费定价影响因素实证分析的基础上,遵循成本补偿与市场导向原则,提出高等教育中外合作办学收费政策的总体建议及实施路径,完善高等教育收费政策体系,促进高等教育中外合作办学健康、稳定、可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sino-foreign cooperative education is a new type of school-running model that is part of China’s education industry.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the charging policy and specific implementation.Based on the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the sino-foreign cooperative higher education,such as the average cost per student,the relationship between the supply and demand of students,and the family income of students,this study follows the principle of cost compensation and market orientation,and proposes suggestions and implementation paths of the overall policy in sino-foreign cooperative higher education fees.In order to improve the policy system for higher education fees,and promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development of higher education in China and foreign countries.更多还原
