【摘要】 文章以华中师范大学应用心理学专业本科生为对象进行问卷调查,结果显示:学生对该专业实践教学的总体评价较差、满意度较低,学生参加实践教学活动具有强烈的能力导向、兴趣导向与职业导向特征。基于心理学的学科特点与社会需求,以实践教学成效为导向,建构课内与课外、校内与校外、科研与应用、学期与假期、见习与实习联动的分层、分类与多元化的实践教学模式,满足学生职业导向与个性发展,是培养单位今后的工作重心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the undergraduates majored in Applied Psychology in Central China Normal University as subjects,a questionnaire survey was carried out. The investigations demonstrate that students’ overall evaluation of practical teaching is poor and satisfaction is low. Students are prone to participate in practical teaching activities characterized by strong ability,interest,and career orientation. Based on characteristics of Applied Psychology and its social demand,taking the goal of improving effectiveness of practical teaching as the guidance,the focus of the future work of the training institute is to construct a layered,classified and diversified practical teaching model to meet students’ career orientation and personality development of creating interaction between activities in and out of class,on and off campus,research and application,during semester and on vacation,internship and practice,and classification and diversification.更多还原
