【Abstract】 Normal education is mother of education. The key Normal University has the natural advantages on developing vocational education. Under the strategic idea of"one body two wings,constructing high level universities",to meet national strategic needs and higher vocational talents needs in society,the characteristics of teacher education should be fully applied,on the basis of subjects and resources advantages. That emphasized on the implementation of quality leading to cultivate high-level vocational teachers and other highlevel talents in way of high-initiative,quality,"Base +( Vocational education) Zone". By building a platform for training high level application vocational education teachers,the professional training mode utilizes"major education + vocational education + teachers education",to build bridge between vocational education and"undergraduate + graduate in vocational education major".
