《仪器分析》在食品检测行业“德技并修、校企共育”人才培养中的探索与实践

【摘要】 现代仪器分析技术在食品检测行业发挥着越来越显著的作用,通过对高职食品检测专业《仪器分析》课程内容、理论教学、实践教学进行多元改革,工学结合,校企共育,能够较好的进行德技并修的食品检测人才培养的摸索和实践。将食品相关课程内容与食品安全社会热点、职业岗位需求融合起来共同编写教材,实践教学在企业双师分组教学,力求使学生学以致用,调动了学习积极性,拓展了基础知识面,培养了学生的实践能力和综合素质,提升了食品检测行业"德技并修"人才培养质量。

【Abstract】 Modern instrumental analysis technology plays significant role in food detection industry. The cultivation mode of virtue and skills by cooperation between school and enterprise was reformed on the course content, theoretical teaching and practical teaching of "instrument analysis" in vocational colleges. Combination of working and learning, cooperation between schools and enterprises, are useful for exploration and practice for the cultivation of virtue and skills. Course and food safety social hot spots are combined, teaching materials are writed by professional technicists and teachers, practices were studied in enterprises, which all can make students practically, actively, profoundly. Furthermore, the students’ practical ability and comprehensive quality have been cultivated, and training quality of virtue and skills in food detection industry have been improved.
