共振光散射法测定水中的硒含量
Determination of trace selenium in Environmental Water by Resonance Light Scattering Method
【摘要】 采用碘化钾-结晶紫体系,在优化的条件下利用硒(IV)与过量的碘化钾生成I3-,I3-进一步与结晶紫反应生成离子缔合物,引起体系的共振光散射强度显著增强,据此建立痕量硒测定的新方法。
【Abstract】 A new resonance light scattering(RLS) method for determination of selenium(Se) was developed in KI-crystal violet(CV) system. Under the optimized conditions, I3- is produced through the reaction of Se(IV) and excessive KI, and I3- further reacts with CV, resulting in great enhancement of the intensity of RLS. A new method for the determination of trace selenium is thus established.
