【摘要】 借助1例因利福平所致急性溶血性贫血并急性肾功能衰竭的严重不良反应病例为教学案例,从致病机制、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗及转归等方面进行综合分析,此类患者通过及时停药并根据损害程度制定有效的治疗方案,预后良好。提醒临床药师在药学服务中,对于既往曾经使用过利福平的患者,应作为高危人群,再次使用时应提高警惕,加强对患者的用药教育与监护,避免严重不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of serious adverse reactions of acute hemolytic anemia and acute renal failure caused by rifampicin was used as a teaching case to comprehensively analyze the pathogenic mechanism, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, treatment and outcomes. Patients with prognosis have a good prognosis by timely stopping the drug and developing an effective treatment plan based on the degree of damage. At the same time, the clinical pharmacists are also reminded that in the pharmacy service, patients who have used rifampicin in the past should be regarded as high-risk groups.
