相转化法制备醋酸纤维素分离膜的研究进展
Research Progress of Cellulose Acetate Separation Membrane Prepared via Phase Inversion Method
【摘要】 相转化法是醋酸纤维素(CA)分离膜的主流制备方法。本文从CA材料的分子结构和性质出发,结合近年来国内外有关相转化法制备CA分离膜的研究进展,全面综述了制备CA分离膜的两种重要的相转化法:非溶剂致相分离法和热致相分离法的基本过程、基本原理以及影响因素,对相转化法制备的CA膜的研究前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 As the current main preparation method of CA membranes, phase inversion methods, expecially nonsolvent induced phase separation and thermally induced phase separation, have been attracted much attention. In this paper, combining with the recent progress on the preparation of CA separation membranes home and abroad, the basic procedures, the fundamental theories and influencing factors of these two types of phase inversion meth ods are reviewed. Besides, the future development and prospects for the CA separation membranes are briefly purposed.
